Sokol Kongoli was born and raised in Albania were he studied Medicine at the largest and highest ranking university in Albania. In addition to his studies in Albania, upon his coming in the United States, Kongoli obtained a Bachelors of Arts and an MBA from Wayne State and is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at the Metropolitan College of New York where he has taught a variety of courses varying from Linguistics for Writers, Communication Across Cultures, Language and Culture, Public Speaking and the Art of Persuasion, Political Values, Systems for Learning and Communication, etc.

 

Moreover, he is the CEO of Enea Multilingual Solutions LLC, a boutique NYC based language service provider, offering certified linguists from more then 160 languages to numerous clients worldwide.

 

As a native of Albania, Kongoli is intimately familiar with the contextual and cultural nuances that differentiate between a mediocre project and a truly outstanding project. Educated at the most prestigious university in Albania, he is an expert in the linguistic and grammatical details of Albanian translation. Kongoli holds a security clearance as well as linguistic certifications with the Department of Justice / USCIS, a 4/4 rating on the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), a certification from the New York State Unified Court System and actively interpreters for US Federal Court Southern District of New York. Kongoli is fluent in Albanian and English. Further, he is also proficient in Italian and Spanish. Kongoli is a member of the National Association of Judicial Interpreter and Translators. Kongoli has been translating and interpreting for the past 18 years and has rendered services as an Albanian translator and interpreter for high profile government meetings, Presidential meetings, the US Federal Court Southern District, New York Unified Court System, New Jersey Court, Department of Justice, European Convention of International Arbitration in Geneva, the United Nations, etc. Due to his expertise and knowledge of the Albanian culture, he has been appointed from US District Court Judge as an Albanian Cultural Expert.
